Darcell is killing it when it comes to creating eye-catching emails. I had so many calls this week with amazing candidates for all of the positions we are working on together. I've also been getting continuous feedback from candidates on how great/unique his reach out is - a few weeks ago someone even told me that they "only took the call because they loved the email". If that's not a win, I don't know what is!
